Break Times
During the morning the children have a morning break.  During break we encourage the children to enjoy a healthy snack.  This must be either a piece of fruit or vegetables, breadsticks or healthy cereal bar.
A healthy snack is provided for the children in Hedgehogs and Squirrels during morning break.  Children are also entitled to a free carton of milk until they are 5 years old. If you would like your child to continue receiving milk during morning break please speak to the school office staff for registration and payment details.

Drinks in school:
Children must bring a water bottle (filled only with water) to school each day. We encourage the children to drink water throughout the day and to refill their bottles in the classroom.

End of the day:
The playground gates are opened just before pick up time each day.  Parents are welcomed to wait on the playground for their child to be bought out of school to meet them.  We kindly ask that parents wait until all classes are out of school before attempting to come down the steps to the office.  If anyone other than yourself is collecting the children please inform the school office before the end of the day. If you are going to be late please contact the office so we can inform your child.
The staff car park is not to be used at the beginning or end of the school day by parents or grandparents.  The school bus and after school club minibus have access to the car park.

After school clubs:
We offer a range of extra curricular after school clubs to each class throughout the year.  A letter is emailed out at the start of each term and places are offered on a first come first served basis.  Registers are taken at each after school club and it is important that staff know if your child can't attend.  If a child signs up for a club we expect this to be a commitment for the term.
